Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of BetweenAffiliates. By creating an account or embedding our ad code on your site, you agree to them. We're an early-stage service and these terms may change as the product does — we'll notify registered users by email of any material change before it takes effect.

1. The service

BetweenAffiliates lets site owners embed a single ad-serving URL (as an image, iframe, script, or link) that we resolve, per request, to an affiliate ad. We provide dashboards and statistics for the ads served on your site(s).

2. Your account and responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information about yourself and the site(s) you register.
  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You may not generate artificial ad views or clicks, use bots to inflate traffic, or otherwise engage in fraudulent activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud.
  • You may not embed our ad code on sites containing illegal content, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights.

3. Subscription plans and billing

We offer a free tier and paid subscription tiers, billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. You can view current plan pricing on our pricing page.

  • You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing page. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free tier — we do not provide partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period.
  • If a payment fails, we may downgrade or restrict your account until it's resolved.
  • We may change subscription pricing going forward; existing subscribers keep their current price until they change plans, per the terms shown at signup.

4. Affiliate programs and payouts

BetweenAffiliates serves and tracks ads on your site — we are not the affiliate program and we do not pay you directly. Any earnings from a click or conversion are owed to you by the affiliate company or network behind that ad (for example, Fiverr), under that company's own affiliate program terms, payout thresholds, and payment schedule. We simply provide you with the tracking and statistics needed to see how your traffic is performing.

You're responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of any affiliate program you participate in through the service.

5. Ad content

Ads served through the platform come from our affiliate partners. While we aim to serve appropriate, relevant ads, we don't pre-screen every individual ad creative in real time, and we aren't responsible for the content of third-party landing pages an ad click leads to. Tell us if you spot an ad that shouldn't be running and we'll investigate.

6. Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time; where a change materially affects your account, we'll try to give reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue from ads.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for fraud or abuse (§2). Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
